Our story
The story of &storm started in 2013 at a kitchen table in Dubai.
Two people with a passion for food and drinks, a creative and an organiser, joined forces and started an adventure. &storm was born!
In the years after &storm developed into an adult creative agency specialized in the world of food, drinks, hotels and more.
In 2018 &storm moved to the Netherlands and by now we are, how appropriate, located in the former Wijnkooperij (Winery) in Leiden.
From here we continue cooking up our creative concepts and live tastily ever after.

Managing Partner & Founder
Alide is the managing guru at &storm.
She manages everything that needs to be managed.
She’s the one who you will see at meetings or hear on the phone, the one who has overview of all projects, but also the one who comes up with clever communication or advertising strategies for your brand.
Previously she worked for several communication and advertising agencies in Amsterdam and Dubai for clients like Bols, Tortilla, Rita’s and many others.
In her free time Alide likes to pretend to be a Michelin chef.

Johnny is the creative mastermind behind &storm.
He creates everything that needs to be created.
He’s the one that prefers to be unseen, the perfectionist with eye for detail, the one who will get your job done in record time, but also the one who comes up with brilliant fully integrated creative concepts for your marketing and branding campaigns.
Previously he worked for several multinational advertising agencies in Dubai and Kuwait for clients like Jumeirah, Coca Cola, Red Bull and many others.
In his free time Johnny is a true grillmaster.
